Subprocessors

Reera relies on a small set of carefully selected third parties ("subprocessors") to deliver the Service. We list every one of them on this page, with the role they play, where they store data, and a link to their security and privacy documentation. We provide at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor.

Inference-traffic safeguards

Calls to OpenAI and Anthropic for inference are routed through their respective zero-data-retention enterprise endpoints, meaning the providers do not retain prompts or completions for training or any other purpose. Customer data sent for inference is metadata only, never raw ticket attachments, secrets, or credentials.
